How it Works:

Once you decide on what you want to do/see/experience, we provide you with a firm quote.

Once accepted, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. This may be paid by Credit Card authorisation (MasterCard or Visa) using our Secure System on our website, or by faxing or phoning us with your Credit Card details.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of confirmation.

Full payment is usually required 60 days prior to the start day of your Sensationz Discovery NZ journey.

If you are arriving in New Zealand at relatively short notice, (less than 60 days notice) payment arrangements may be made by negotiation. Full payment must be completed at time of confirmation however. The Cancellation charges below will apply.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellations must be in writing to Sensationz Discovery NZ please-

60 days prior to day one of your tour – 25% of the full tour price (the deposit)

30 – 59 days prior- you will be charged 50% of the full tour price

30 days or less, you will be charged for the full tour price.

* It is highly recommended you take out comprehensive Travel Insurance to guard against the unexpected.

If for any reason you do experience unexpected schedule changes, please call and discuss the situation with us. It may be possible to change dates, and if so payment of a Service fee will apply.
